Move In Requirements

  • Must provide valid identification
  • Deposit $50
  • Minimum 1 month's rent
  • Lock, access card and key provided
  • Rates are pro-rated by the day for mid-month move-ins and move-outs
  • Insurance available $8.00/month for $5,000 minimum. Other amounts available up to a maximum of $15,000
  • Discounts available:
    5% for 6 months prepaid
    10% for 1 year prepaid
  • Notice not required for move outs
